Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for Sales recruitment PAN India . The role holder also needs to act as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition and pro-actively managing the recruitment strategy for Sales hiring .
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy for Sales hiring - to attract, source and select the right talent
- Work with Business HR and deliver manpower plan for the organization by partnering with the Business Leaders by designing requisite recruitment strategies
- Ensure timely closure of Leadership Hiring for Sales.
- Building the candidate experience strategies; creating and managing processes, policies and MIS reports/ dashboards for the Sales hiring
- Resolve timely and effective escalation process with adequate & substantive data towards mitigation of hiring challenges and ensure on time delivery through effective resolution.
- Hiring Dashboard presentations to the Business Head's & Head - TA.
- Driving Sales recruitment team & enhancing team productivity. Productivity assessment through regular MIS / Dashboards & Analytics.
- Defining and regularly enhancing the candidate experience
- Conceptualize and implement Sales recruitment process and strategy.
