Position : Executive/ Assistant Manager (9)

Grade : L1 A/B

Department : Fraud Prevention Unit (FPU)

Reporting to : Zonal Heads - FPU (North & West) and (East & South) or Regional Heads (Ahmedabad & Hyderabad)

Purpose of the Job :

Field Intelligence and Investigations :

Deliverables :

- Improve adverse mortality experience

- Develop network of Investigation Agencies

- Breaking Fraud Cartels/ Nexus through Field Intelligence network

- Liaise with Police authorities and advocates for filling Police Complaints on proven fraud cases.

- Mystery shopping

- Investigation of High Value / Suspicious Claims/ Live Verification of suspicious applications

- Field Training and Awareness

Educational Level :

Must have :

Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Economics/Business Management/ Ideal would be a MBA Degree

Work Experience :

Must have :

- Experience in Fraud/ Risk/ Compliance Management

- High Proficiency in dealing with Police and Government Authorities
