Role: Manage research activities to provide accurate and timely market and competitor information for strategic and operational decisions.  Profile:   - MBA Marketing with atleast 8 years of experience in Market Research/ Consumer Insight function in any reputed Indian or MNC preferably FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom or Premier Market Research Agencies and who has worked on South east Asian markets as well.  Key Result Areas:  - Identify, conduct market research and maintain relationships with third party research agencies and data suppliers.  - Define/refine research plan to meet the brand's or project's overall objectives  - Organize and supervise all research execution incl. vendor selection and briefing, questionnaire design, coordination, etc.  - Integrate research insights & learnings into marketing plans.  - Lead the brand planning process and help in providing a strategic direction to brands through consumer & industry knowledge.  Knowledge of:  - Consumer Research tools & techniques - both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research techniques  - Questionnaire design, sampling, analysis techniques for market sizing, brand tracking, price sensitivity, segmentation, etc.  - Strategic and tactical marketing business analysis, assessment of results and exploring the potential of new opportunities.
