BA - Peoplesoft Functional - General Ledger

Looking for :Strong PeopleSoft functional experience in the General Ledger, Fixed Asset related modules for Business Analyst Profile

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of Experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong communicator (Writing, listening & playing back, presenting)

- Break down work and provide estimates to complete analysis

- Strong attention to detail

- Familiarity with Internal and External BA tools, techniques and documentation formats

- Stakeholder management; identifies & validates which departments have a steak or may be impacted by the project and engages at an appropiate level

- Ability to use quantitative and analytical problem solving skills to break down complex problems and frame them into simple terms

- Strong analytical skills. Able to call upon a wide range of BA skills such as Business Process Modelling (as-is and to-be models), pain point analysis, cost benefit analysis, user stories, system interaction diagrams & target operating models

- Familiarity with a variety of software delivery methodologies essential i.e. waterfall, RUP and agile

- 1.5+ years' working experience in PeopleSoft versions 8.0 and above

- Strong PeopleSoft functional experience in the General Ledger, Fixed Asset related modules

- Strong Excel skills

- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline (Accounting education and experience – desirable)
