In addition, GMT&O provides Sales, Electronic Trading, Trade Work Flow, Pricing, Middle office, Collateral Management, Credit, Market and Enterprise Risk, Post-trade confirmation, Settlement, Capital, Liquidity, Funding and Treasury processes for Trading, Capital Markets and Wealth Management businesses.  Risk, Capital, Investments and Treasury Technology (RCITT) organization provides technology solutions to Retail Risk, Enterprise Capital Management, Liquidity, Funding and Corporate Investments teams to deliver and support technologies that monitor, report, manage and mitigate risk and treasury solutions.  The Liquidity Risk and Retail Risk Technology lead will manage both the delivery teams at BA Continuum, India. Responsibilities will include managing a team of ~40 associates with potential to further expand in the next 12-18 months. The leader would also be responsible for collaborating with Strategic Partner engagements in India to transition the work done by them and building SME capability and knowledge in-house.  Responsibilities  This particular position, of Vice President-Technology Lead, encompasses the following responsibilities:  - Will be responsible and accountable for all delivery for the India teams  - Will work with global teams in project planning, resourcing, work prioritization and coordination of work items between the team members   - Will participate in design & technical discussion and provide inputs and review artifacts  - Understand project and stakeholders priorities and plan/execute as required to meet the priorities  - Will contribute to design discussions/reviews  - Will be responsible for the performance management and career development activities for India staff  - Will guide, mentor, coach the team members in technical, domain and other soft skills  - Will face-off to the senior executive globally and will provide status, updates, plans etc.  - Will proactively manage all technical, process & people issues  - Will continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement  - Understands key priorities and engage in strategic decisions.  - Manages business as usual and keeps global teams informed and abreast with latest including Risk and Issues.  - Provides technical and business subject leadership.  - Will identify, recruit and build top talent for the Bank of America  Requirements  Skills Required:  - Experience working with a global Investment Bank in the Global Markets or Treasury functions  - Experience in managing large scale enterprise wide technical platforms  - Knowledge in Data Warehouse, Database Modeling, ETL Process, and core batch processing concepts  - Hands-on experience in any of the OOP Languages – Java, C++, C# and Python  - Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Microstrategy, Cognos etc.,  - Strong Project Management skills.  - Strong Leadership skills.  - Negotiation and influencing skills.  - Demonstrates strategic thought leadership.  - A flexible, hardworking and "can do" attitude  - Financial markets product knowledge (any asset class)  Experience  - At least 15 yrs of experience in the Global Markets / Risk Technology /Treasury and Banking Technology with engineering background.  - Very strong Global & Capital Markets Business Domain background with specific knowledge of Treasury, Funding and Risk Management.  - At least 15 years of hands on Technology Development and Technology Delivery experience with an investment bank or similar institution in the Capital Markets domain.  - Experience in broad spectrum of Technology Areas (important).  - Design and Architecture experience in developing N-tier enterprise solutions, exposure to Data Warehouse and ETL solutions  Educational Requirements  Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Engineering.
