Global Markets Operations &Middle Office provides operations support to the Global Markets Business of BOAML. Key Business activities include back office and middle office operations related to securities, derivatives, futures, options, currencies (fx) and commodities. Key functions include Trade Processing & settlement, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Asset Services, Collateral Management, Reconciliation, Client & Product Data.  Process Description / Responsibilities:  As part of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Middle Office Initiatives Group, you will serve an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team whose mandate is to deliver industry leading Front-to-back process and technology solutions.   - Acting as a change agent, you will manage a variety of value-driven initiatives at every phase of the project life-cycle. Use your knowledge of processes and best practices within technology (application integration / application development), Middle-Office Operations and project management to assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems.  - Assist in setting and executing the enterprise-wide direction for Middle Office Trade Control functions.   - As a member in the group, you will support front-to-back integration, entity builds and change initiatives and be accountable for driving change and executing a successful implementation.   Responsibilities will include the following:   - Partner closely with COO teams, Middle Office, Finance, Operations, and Technology partners to define/re-define business processes and implement related technology solutions within Global Markets  - Responsible for leading/managing a portfolio of projects through full project life-cycle from the envisioning, definition of business requirements and processes, through to systems development, testing and implementation.  - Will be expected to create business case, conceptual designs (business process and technical) and translate business priorities and requirements into actionable, structured, project plans.   - Manage and execute deliverables specific to the Asia region as well as Global deliverables, with reporting both locally in Asia and into the Global Program.  - Communication skills will be heavily utilized in forming and communicating a change agenda and gaining stakeholder buy-in.  - Prepare project status reports and discuss issues, risks and dependencies with key stakeholders   - Complete execution Equity entity builds, Reconciliation rollouts, analysis and project management for the APAC region   - Trade control process engineering to reduce number of breaks and timely resolution  Desired profile of the candidate:  - Any graduate with relevant experience  - Ability to be an active team member and drive change  - Strong collaboration and relationship management skills  - High sense of urgency with ability to drive results  - Demonstrated Project management capability  - 5+ years performing business analysis/definition and Project Management to support large projects and business change  - Experience running projects/change initiatives  - Experience running full project life-cycle management preferable  - Have proven requirement and process definition and documentation skills, with ability to handle diverse workload and tight schedules  - Ability to drive to closure, reputation for execution  - Strong Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills  - Strong Understanding of the Front-to-Back Workflow  - Ability to articulate full product life-cycle and understanding Trade life-cycle  - Experience in Middle-Office/Operations re-engineering initiatives  - Experience with Interest Rate Derivative products and processes  - Must have ability to apply strategic thinking to multiple, complex organizational and business issues, ability to translate into practical plans for project execution  - Broad business experience in defining business and systems requirements for Corporate-wide applications  - Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills  - Ability to bridge communication amongst technologists and between Analysts and Technologists  - Ability to work across business groups and in a team environment  Desired work experience (in complete years): 5 years - 7 years  Under what category would you like the information displayed: ITES / BPO / Operations / Banking  Location: Hyderabad
