Responsibilities for the role:

- Understand and implement project objectives

- Organising the team working on a project

- Providing independent advice to the management on projects

- Risk assessment

- Making sure the quality standards are met (ISO)

- Using the latest IT tools to keep track of team and progress

- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors

- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.

- Vendor communication

- Cross functional team communication

- Setup manufacturing process

- Develop tools to reduce time required to test and improve quality

- Consumer electronics project management

- Progress monitoring and delivery

- Be highly organized and a good multi-tasker

- Results oriented

- Project conceptualization & Planning

- Business Process Management

- Independent Thinking. Ability to think independently and without supervision to deliver on organizational goals & objectives

- Innovativeness

- Ability to think laterally and develop solutions

Requirements:

- Project Management, Product development, Delivery management, Program Management, Resource Management, Team Management

- Excellent Communication Skills. Strong delivery skills, E2E delivery experience.

- Atleast 4 years of experience as developer.
