Position : National Sales Head

Location : Preference Bangalore / Any location

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Sells products by implementing national sales plans; supervising team of sales managers, Review and manage consolidated category-wise demand plans

- He Will be heading entire Pan India Sales and we are in process to get in Nepal, Bangladesh

- Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives, role is essential in managing and growing significant revenue stream, Lead the sales strategy and operations for the assigned category portfolio

- Manage to meet/exceed monthly, Annual sales Targets for all regions

- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans, Responsible for trade schemes design, deployment and tracking across channels, He should have good hold on General Trade and Modern Trade

- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employee.

DESIRED SKILLS

- Competent in leading and directing the Business. Should possess deep understanding of primarily B2C & B2B sales and operations (FMCG/OTC).

- Should possess a distinctive track record of managing and growing a business through product innovation, channel / distributor management.

- Should have a notifiable experience in managing a P&L with responsibilities for Sales & Operations and developing a strong distribution channel.

- Exposure to manufacturing operations is desirable.

- An out of the box thinker, a good team player, eye for detail, dynamic, self motivated, positive work attitude and ethics.

EXPERIENCE

- Looking candidate with 10+ years- experience in FMCG ( Food ) / OTC ( Vicks, Eno example )
