aXYKno - Senior Analyst - Natural Resources & Energy Sector

- Shall be responsible for conducting bid project and energy related project

- Shall be responsible for execution of projects in Coal & Power Sector

- Shall have to undertake extensive research related to the Natural Resources & Energy sector and identify opportunities for growth and diversification in the sector

- Shall have to meet specified targets in terms of number of mandates sourced, executed and fees generated

- Should have hands on experience of the Natural Resources & Energy sector

- Should have hands on experience of Financial Modeling for Energy & Coal related projects

- Should have demonstrated expertise in the quantitative and analytical practices related to the Natural Resources & Energy sector and should be able to undertake detailed cost and financial analysis for Natural Resources & Energy sector

- Should have hands on experience in drafting bid project document, mining service agreement, BPA etc

- Should have demonstrated leadership capabilities for leading a diverse team of professionals

- Should be able to effectively execute all stages of an advisory mandate: Project/Proposal structuring from a client perspective / preparation of Feasibility report detailed project report/preparation of pre feasibility /Preparation of documents TOR/Preparation of documents TOR/ Technical inputs for finalization & validation of financial model / Tender documents etc

- CA / ICWA /Masters Degree (MBA) from a leading university in Finance is desirable.

- Prior experience of working with a consultancy organization is desirable (CRISIL, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, Feedback, etc.)

- Good Costing & Financial analysis skills pertaining to the sector.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity

- Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner

- Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment

- Strong intellectual curiosity

- Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment

- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive

- Sound working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable

- Willingness to travel is a must

- Should have worked in Power & Coal sector
