The key responsibilities for the role will include:   - Take overall responsibility of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Services functions  - Reviewing, updating and implementation of HR Policies & procedures to ensure effective & consistent delivery of HR Services across the organisation, thus promoting a professional work culture.   - Preparation & Monitoring of Annual HR budgets and overheads in coordination with Functional Heads for manpower planning  - Work along with Senior Management & Departmental Heads for timely escalation / resolution of employee queries / grievances in accordance with company policies & procedures and documenting discussions / decisions / communications to ensure effective employee services and building a harmonious work atmosphere  - Ownership of various reports like attrition analysis, Headcount planned vs actuals, department wise headcount & cost analysis, etc. to update and assist the management in decision making as per business requirements   - Review and build capacity and drive the performance management  - Generating HR Reports   - Training and Development initiatives   - Defining and updating career path and succession plan to develop HR Assets   Candidate Profile:   - Post Graduate degree in business or management; MBA preferred from Top 10 institutes - HR professional specialization   - Should have relevant experience in developing an efficient & effective Human Resource process and industrial relations in line with the Organisation's charter values.   - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & IR   - Excellent communication and presentation skills   - Strong Interpersonal Soft skills and persuasiveness   - People Management Skills
