Key Responsibilities:  Functional  - Lead defining Talent Management Architecture for Axis Bank keeping in mind best in class practices  - Partner with line and corporate leadership to identify and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps and plan processes for leaders at various levels to ensure business aligned, effective talent solutions  - Drive and act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programs, systems and processes to design talent programs for leaders at various levels  - Design & execute talent management programs at all levels and put in place a communication framework to ensure a sustainable, transparent talent architecture  - Design succession management plan for the senior leaders and oversee the same  - Ensure that key talent follow appropriate development tracks, encouraging role and track specific employee development programs for development of the internal bench of key talent  - Lead implementation and management of talent management systems  - Responsible as Talent Manager and engage with identified key talent in middle management level on a regular basis to understand their engagement levels, identify issues (if any) and take/ recommend appropriate actions to ensure high engagement and retention levels
