The Lateral Talent Acquisition function at Axis Bank handles the entire Recruitment lifecycle end to end. Thus, the incumbent must have exposure to an end-end exposure to recruitment & must have handled multiple departments with varied role mix. He/ She should be adept at handling large & complex recruitment mandates with a desirable TAT & source mix. The ability to understand business requirements, manage & influence stakeholders with excellent communication & negotiation skills is a must.  In brief, the incumbent shall be:  - Accountable for managing recruitment across all levels for the assigned multiple Business verticals  - Anchor the complete recruitment lifecycle starting with Manpower Planning through Sourcing, Assessment, and Selection & On-boarding  - Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process.  - Anchor movements through internal job postings  - Manage external recruitment partners, vendors & stakeholders for optimum business deliverables  Kindly mention your current Fixed CTC while applying to the position.
