Establish with business the scope and objective of the solution. Delivery within the defined framework.  Stakeholder Management - Manage stakeholder expectation and provide project governance.  Solution Customization - Assist in driving the initial creation and later customization of solutions into the digital platform by defining business requirement for the solution.  Vendor Handling - Communicating requirements to clients using techniques standard to software industry, to ensure clarity. Be part of the functional specifications across the digital solutions to ensure user acceptance, thereby making customer savvy solutions for increased digital usage.  Build Used Cases - To support product design and serving as the medium between the product team/end user and the development team.  Leveraging on key digital capabilities for increase in efficiency and strategic business solutions.
