JD for CA - CCD shall be as follow :  1) Analysing the financial and business risk profile of companies, assigning Credit rating and preparing conclusive and focused credit proposals	 			 2) Monitoring and update on key trends, challenges in the sectors, economic developments as well as financial parameters of clients to detect potential risk triggers				  3) Provide quality analysis compliant with RBI guidelines, legal and other internal compliances to lead to a sound decision making				  4) Keep abreast of important developments in the relevant sectors and economy  Job responsibilities shall include the below :				  1) Contribution towards achievement of fee income and NII targets at the group level				  2) To keep the NPA /restructuring levels for the group to the minimal				  3) Quality of appraisals				  4) Quick turnaround time				  Shall prefer candidates with below :  1) Good understanding of Power/ Ports/ Telecom/ Airports sectors. In-depth knowledge of key drivers and indicators in these sectors				  2) A solid understanding of financial statements, ratios				  3) Understanding of compliance and regulatory norms				  4) Good relationship management and strong communication and presentation skills				  5) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point  Candidates having MBA (Finance)/ CFA/CA	shall be added advantage
