The key responsibilities for this role will include the following criteria:  - Chartered Accountants with atleast 10 - 15 years of experience  - Overall supervision of day-to-day activities within the Accounts Department  - Ensure Statutory compliances under different laws, viz. Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise, TDS, Cess etc.   - Liaison with internal & statutory auditors for completion of internal, statutory and tax audits.   - Finalization of accounts, preparation of monthly & quarterly MIS reports and the annual financial statements   - Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit Reports of the Company   - Filing of Annual Return with ROC   - Documentation and following up with financial institutions for working capital requirements   - Timely submission of monthly book debt   - Stock Audit with bank auditor   - Management of receivables and payables   - Compilation of data and attending income tax assessment of company and directors   - Assisting in stock valuations   - Documentation and renewal of Indian bank association (IBA) membership   - Preparation of quantitative statement   - Stock Statement to bank of Maharashtra   - Monthly verification of valuation of closing stock   - Quarterly QIS to banks   - Fixed assets register as per the Companies Act   - Verification and authorization of salary payouts   - Export Documentation till remittances from bank   - Implementation of Tally 9.0 ERP   - Completion of audit under Excise, CERA, Sales Tax   - Interviewing candidates for different roles in accounts   - Proper record of Bank Guarantee, EMD and security deposit   - FBT computation and payments   Candidate Profile:   - B.Com, CA or MBA in Finance- Highest Degree   - 10 -15 years of experience in Accounts up to Finalization   - Functional Area: Accounts / Finance / Tax / CS / Audit
