About us:   We are a young start up working in the growing field of GPS based vehicle tracking solutions and its Data Analytics. We envisage to make the Indian road transport more efficient with reasonably priced solutions. There is a clear deficit of technology and analytics in transportation industry and that's what we intend to fill.   We do indulge in fond reverie of touching almost every vehicle that is plying on Indian roads, yeah we have a big dream !!! To delineate that dream, we need passionate people who just roll up their sleeves and do everything in optimized ways irrespective of sales, operations or writing codes.  Applicants should be from premium institutes only.  Key Points :  - A technology start-up ventured by a team of IIT, BITS & IIM alumni  - Working in the high growth domain of GPS vehicle tracking with 60+ sales partners  - In last 12 months, we have achieved a tremendous growth of 400%, which means a monthly growth of more than 20%  Going forward, we target to:  - Increase the number of domestic partners to 120 in coming 6 months  - Continue the MoM growth rate of 15-20%, leading to vehicle base of 40k by end of the running year  - Most importantly, start an eCommerce business in transport and logistic segment. We see a gap and inefficiency in the current business models and would like to fill that gap with our solutions and network  To achieve these targets, we are looking for a person:  - Who is a fit to the startup culture, a dreamer with feet firm on ground and has an attitude to get work done. Should be stable in the ups and downs of business  A management guy from a premier B School. Ideally having 2-8 years of business development experience. Preferably worked in B2B eCommerce / Network development / IT Product Sales / IT Startups  - Who can build team and business almost from scratch in a new region with minimal resources. High on motivation and a self starter :)  - Willing to dive in everything from Sales to operations, HR to marketing - has entrepreneurial drive in short  - Prefers ownership over salary.
