Job role : Senior Manager - Recruitment - Finance & Accounting Vertical
Position Summary :
This role is a senior/ leadership position in AXA BS. The role entails leading Talent Acquisition - Finance and Accounting Vertical
The person will be required to forge strong relations with Senior Leadership.
The primary responsibilities and competencies are :
- Lead a team of recruiters and manage Finance and Accounting.
- Work closely with all stakeholders at leadership level to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring strategy and deliver with an eye on quality and timelines.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and advice the leadership team on market scenario and strategize hiring plan accordingly.
- Source best talent through social media, job portals, employee referrals & internal job postings.
- Create active pipeline for talent pool for some critical upcoming positions.
- Design selection mechanisms, processes to ensure rigorous and consistent hiring in the organization
- Drive SLAs within the team and deliver manpower requirements within the TATs.
- Maintain and track team performance on a regular basis through structured reports.
- Actively communicate with hiring managers and share weekly updates with the department heads in a structured manner.
- Ensure strong governance and compliant with all audit requirements.
Competencies :
- Should have a strong experience in managing Talent Acquisition Team.
- Metrics-driven. Able to translate strategy into measurable operational goals and objectives. Disciplined in assessing performance and addressing problems.
- Strong expertise in Leadership hiring/Blue circle hiring
Qualification required : Any Degree/Master Degree (Preferred HR)
- 6+ years with significant functional and Leadership experience in leading highly skilled teams, demonstrated ability of running functions independently, process migration and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in AXA BS is essential.
