AVP Web Analytics & Optimization  Reporting to VP, Digital Marketing  To set direction, lead and coordinate the Online Analytics & Optimization department and to deliver and run world-class online analytics solutions that are used to drive visits to our digital domains, the number of eSales and eCare solutions.  Key Responsibilities:  - Setting up a world-class department for Web Analytics & Optimisation   - Hiring new team members and ensure the development of team members. Train and coach people on the job and groom them for higher responsibilities.  - Setting up KPI Dashboards and acting as champion towards other departments within DM & Channels  - Work closely together with the lead generation, eSales and eCare units to ensure targets are met  - Create Strategic and Operation plans on web analytics & Optimisation  - Ensure cost optimization and productivity through proper planning.  - Provide strategic and operational improvements to relevant units within DM & Channels  - Measure and improve Online CLTV   - Ensure ROI on SEM are continuously improved  - Ensure RIL values are instilled and followed by all team members. Motivate team members for higher engagement levels.  - Creating and setting up in cooperation with IT a full web/mobile Analytics solution (incl CX monitoring)  - Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders  Educational Qualifications:  Please mention minimum grade/percentage, if over and above organizational guidelines, as well as names of institutes, if applicable) - Undergraduate in any specialization  - Masters in Business Administration, in Marketing, from a premier institute  Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years  Candidates having experience with:  - Online Retailer (Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal)  - Telecoms / Banks / Airlines  - Consultancy / Analytics Agency  - Must have worked on Fb ideas, social media posts and tweets  Knowledge & Skills:  - Digital Marketing  - Knowledge of different social media channels  - Customer Orientation  - Innovation & Creativity  - Process & Execution Efficiency
