Focus of the Function:  Provide USGAAP guidance to internal customers like business finance, M&A, pricing, and within controllership team to ensure appropriate accounting for significant and complex transactions. Support the preparation of financial statements and MD&A along with the Deputy Controller;  - Participate in preparation of earnings call and audit committee meetings;  - Provide support to internal customers like pricing, M&A, business finance etc. for transaction and contract structuring;  - Liaise with external and internal auditors on all key audit matters;  - Advice process owners for SOX compliance, remediation of control exceptions and evaluation of severity of the same for being a D, SD or MW;  Essential   - Strong USGAAP knowledge with Big4 audit exposure  - Ability to present to leadership in reviews  - CA/ CPA   - Work ex. of ~ 10+ yrs with experience of managing small teams
