Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products.  Identifying Potential Channel Partners   - Completely identifying potential channel partners (Property Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensures recruitment in accordance with the business plan.  Monitoring & Reviewing  - Daily monitoring and reviewing the performance of team members on the basis of DSR.  Target Achievement  - Meeting the customers on regular basis for achieving standards/targets. Setting up of targets for Brokers (Agents/Advisors) and reviewing their performance & consistently raising them.  Preferred Candidates:  - Preference will be given to the candidates who are from the same city (Delhi/NCR) since long time and having good links & contacts with the people so that they can build up their own team in a short span of time.  - People from Top/Good Insurance Advisor/Agents of any insurance companies are welcome.
