AVP/VP - Quality & Change Leader - BPO

- We are working on a senior position (Head - Quality & Change) for a leading BPO client based out of Pune with 10-15 years of experience.

- This person will be responsible for driving quality initiatives across the Globe and would be SPOC for all locations.

- All quality teams (~80-100) people will be reporting into this role

- This person should have high experience in Strategic consulting (Strategic Quality & Transactional Quality both)

- Would be responsible for driving cultural change, metric management & other quality initiatives.
