Position: AVP/ VP Procurement

Position based in: Kolkata

- Understands the fundamental principles and policies with the area of expertise.

- Has good knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement including:

- Has knowledge of the client’s business area they support

- Has a good understanding of the following areas:

Operates as Subject Matter Expert in the following areas:

- Definition of Procurement

- Procurement organization

- Role of procurement within the Source-to-Pay process

- Closed loop procurement

- Technology supporting procurement – overview

- Glossary of frequently used terms

Proved experience with Procurement Area

- Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel

- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent team management and people skills are essential.

- Strong influencing and negotiating skills

- Project Management skills

- Flexibility and creativity in problems solving

- Responsibility, Independence
