We are looking at Engineers with 10 - 12 years of experience in IT & Non IT Sourcing. Reporting to the Head of Procurement for a large global organisation one will lead the strategic sourcing activities for IT & Non - IT spend categories such as Maintenance, Client Services, Hardware, Networking and Software Licensing and, with the goal of achieving significant initial cost reductions, while maintaining/improving product quality and supplier service levels.  - The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.  - Act as a liaison between Information Technology and corporate sourcing procurement department in ensuring application of policies, processes and inclusively practices relating to contract administration and risk management  - Applying operational and commercial TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) levers to reduce cost and managing contracts with suppliers  - Lead cross-functional negotiating teams targeting key spend categories  - Collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize procurement goals and objectives  - Develop and implement commodity strategies and establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure successful implementation and support  - Develop RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, KPIs and SLAs for all major areas of spend. Drive improvement of procurement efficiency and effectiveness based on Six Sigma guide lines  - Negotiate contracts with suppliers (Global/local/regional) on price, lead time, quality and service for multiple services and commodities  - Implement and manages FMS contracts level projects, programs and process improvements aimed at increasing internal contract administration customer service levels.  Interested, kindly send you updated word format profile.
