A senior leadership role reporting in to the Head of Human Resources.
Location : Mumbai
6 day working week (Mon - Sat)
ROLE PROFILE:
- Lead Organizational Effectiveness for a large Indian organization.
- Conceptualise, design, develop and execute Leadership Development, Capability Building & Talent Management initiatives.
- Impact performance & build a strong succession plan.
- Execute Leadership Development Strategy
- Develop systems and procedures for effectiveness, consistency and training quality
- Drive Performance Management & Compensation & benefits program
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Must have at least 15-20 years of experience with at least 5-8 years in Capability building and Talent Management particularly in the domain of leadership development.
- Proficiency in design and delivery of leadership / Hipot development interventions, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Compensation & Benefits.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA with Specialization in HR and formal certifications in related domain.
