AVP/VP - Listed Derivatives Operations - Investment Banking

We have some AVP/VP positions open with an Investment Banking client based out of Bangalore. Looking for 12+ years of experience in working in Back Office Operations handling large teams.

Job responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day clearance and settlement of Exchange traded derivative markets.

- Manage the resolution of trade breaks and discrepancies, trade exception management.

- Timely and accurate execution of clearing cycle. 

- Daily partnership with on-shore senior managers for daily production issues, bespoke client requests, strategic initiatives and incident management.  

- Exchange Traded Derivative experience - Derivatives product knowledge (especially Commodity, FX, Interest Rate and Equity derivative experience).

- Monitoring trade processing activity.

- Working knowledge of US Treasuries, Futures, Options and OTC derivatives 

- Contributing to a highly motivated, engaging work environment developing people in their functional roles as well behaviorally to be effective managers. 

- Actively support process transformation initiatives that automate and streamline processes.
