AVP/VP - IT Recruitments

We are currently looking for a AVP/ VP Level position in IT recruitments with a leading financial organisation at Bangalore.

Required experience of 10-17 yrs with full time MBA in IT / Technical recruitments .

Role involves:

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support for IT / Technology Vertical.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Lead the campus engagement strategy and operationalize the plan for the same

- Partner with other staffing leads and ensuring zero miss on compliance during the process

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
