Job Description :

Role :

- Assisting Sector head in the entire life cycle of investment banking Advisory functions (Capital raising, M&A and Business restructuring) that include deal origination to deal closure

Responsibilities :

- Active assistance in sourcing deals from potential clients

- Managing end-to-end deal execution involving preparation of deal material, liasioning with client management and all stake holders involved and ensure seamless information flow, assisting in due diligence processes and ensuring final deal closure.

- Updating knowledge on industry affairs across domestic and global markets to identify trends

- Carrying out sector research, commercial and financial due-diligence of the deals - includes investment appraisal, financial analysis & modeling

- Assisting in preparation of marketing documents and ensure quality checks in all outgoing project documents for deal execution.

Candidate Profile :

- An MBA/ CA/ CFA with relevant work experience of 8-15 years with Investment Banks/ Consulting Firms/ Large Corporates having exposure to fund raising / investment appraisal in Consumer, Retail & Packaging sector with good understanding of Commercial & financing aspects.

- Knowledge of Company Law, SEBI guidelines and overall regulatory environment would be an advantage.

- Flair for business origination & networking with potential Clients in Consumer, Retail & Packaging sector shall be an added advantage.
