About our Client : Our client is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are hiring for a AVP/VP level position for their Global Digital Strategy team based out of Bangalore. The Global Digital Strategy team provides strategic inputs on online & mobile banking capabilities, digital payments and user experience on digital products to business teams across geographies and products.

Job Description: As an AVP/VP, you would be responsible for leading multiple initiatives across the digital space for the organization.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring movements across market in the digital space

- Leading initiatives across mobile banking and payment gateways

- Research assignments around digital banking, payments and Value Added Services.

- Developing a thorough understanding of the digital banking and payments landscape - the players, their offerings, competitive advantages, evolution over time etc.

The Successful Candidate: As a successful candidate, you need to have :

- Master's degree from a Tier 1 College/University

- 3-7 Years of experience in Digital Strategy/Consulting

- Candidates working as engagement managers with consulting firms would be an advantage

- Candidates with consulting experience in the digital space/domain will be preferred
