AVP/VP - Financial Control/Product Control - BFSI

Position : AVP/VP - Financial Control/ Product Control

Role :

- Manage the migration of a few Financial Control/ Product Control roles from global geographies

- Manage the Financial/ Product Control teams performing daily and month-end reconciliations

- Control the Ledger for various Financial Product Businesses

- Analytical review of the trading balance sheet and P&L accounts

- FX exposure management, sell-off and reporting

- Management reporting of key performance indicators and key risk indicators

Experience :

- CA/ MCom/ CFA/ MBA with 8-20 yrs of experience

- Relevant experience in Financial Control, Product Control or related function

- Good understanding of accounting for various complex financial products like Derivatives, etc.

- Strong leadership and management skills, able to work in virtual global teams and in a matrix organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)

- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
