AVP/VP - Credit Risk

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The incumbent will work with a team on various aspects:

- Assist in developing PSL Strategy for the Bank

- Liaising with internal departments and other NBFCs (for transaction activities like securitisation, on- lending etc.) to drive PSL

- Execution of PSL related transactions through securitisation/direct assignment (outright purchase)/ direct lending ( credit)/ partnerships with business correspondents.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Exposure to securitisation / direct assignment/credit transactions for the purpose of Priority Sector Lending (PSL) of Banks

- Directly worked with financial institutions for PSL activities

- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFCs preferred

- Good relationship with other Financial Institutions mainly NBFCs

- Good knowledge of RBI prudential norms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good analytical skills

- Comfortable working in ambiguous environment with limited information

- Team player, can work with multiple teams and business departments.

- MBA / CA / CFA

PG - MBA/PGDM, CA
