About our Client - Our client is the largest Private Label Credit Card issuer in the US. They are looking to hire at Sr.Manager/AVP/VP levels for their Bangalore office. The individual will be responsible for setting up the strategy for the Private Label Credit Cards across geographies in terms of cross/up sell, campaign management, loyalty management, reward points etc.

Job Description: Building loyalty through co-branding is more than just putting a name and logo on a card. It takes dedication and the right partners with the right industry knowledge to execute and manage ongoing success.

You will be responsible for :

- Managing end to end strategy for the private label credit cards in terms of design, utility, usage and rewards

- The individual would take care of specific retail organizations based out of USA and working closely with them for their cards design and functionality

- Leading the analytics team in terms of decision making basis transactions and buying pattern

- Identifying the buying pattern/purchase behavior of customers across channels and platforms

The Successful Candidate: As a Successful Applicant, you need to have :

- Post Graduate with 6-12 Years of Experience in Consulting, Financial Services, retail (Analytics)

- Hands on experience on SAS

- Experience in Marketing Analytics for credit cards/Debit Cards

- Prior experience in Private Label Credit Cards/Dual Cards/Branded Cards will be an advantage
