- Collections and Customer service

- 3rd party International call center experience

- Voice BPO

- Managed a span of 200+ people

- Operations delivery experience and knowledge

- Experience In managing customer service / Collections (international ) for banking and Credit cards

- Strong client management experience

- P&L management

- Experience on managing and working on customer satisfaction metric
