Laksh Human Resources associated as Hiring Partner for Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Mumbai with Pan India presence and booksize of 1300 Cr.

Job Title: AVP - Treasury

Base Location: Mumbai

Reporting: To CFO

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Education: MBA (Finance) / CA

Industry Preference: NBFC/ Banks only

CTC: Upto 35 LPA Fixed + PLI Bonus

Job Description & KRAs:

Deliverables:

- Hands on experience

- Responsible for overall treasury function for the company

- Manage relationships with various Financial Institutions

- Frontend treasury operations involving liaising with banks or financial institutions for raising short term and long term funds

- Raise funds

- CC/Term Loans from banks

- Commercial papers from Mutual Funds

- NCD from Debt markets and

- Structured product in co-ordination with the structured product team

- Manage treasury back office operations including treasury MIS, for ALM and Control

- Manage regulatory requirements around treasury related to statutory and RBI Requirements
