Service Line:Business Process ServicesTrack :Technical Operations  Grade:AVP  Location :Hyderabad  Role: Global  Purpose of the Role:  Plan, monitor govern and review a program (large, medium size) covering multiple service lines with the objective of achieving the defined benefits for the larger program WITHIN client guidelines as per estimated timelines, budgetary constraints and quality metrics Program consists of multiple work streams with a clear target / KPI set by a client (i.e. this is a MEASURABLE outcome / output for the client)  Must Haves:  - Exposure to Digital Marketing or Technical Operations or Technical support is a plus  - Experience with voice process   - Experience with leading technology firms as employers/ customers a plus  - Managed a P&L of around 100+ Million.  - Client Relationship Management.  - Must have played a global role, been a part of large transitions.  Areas of Responsibilities:  Stakeholder/Business Management  Understand program objectives and prepare the program charter; identify benefits and success criteria of the program  Service Management  Knowledge Management  Process Improvements and Adherence:  Project Control, Management and Review / Program delivery:   Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify / manage issues & risks and ensure smooth delivery provide delivery governance and resolve escalated project issues affecting the program;  Track actual vs. planned program progress;   Conflict Management  Undertake continuous re-planning and reprioritization, as required, to complete the Program on time   Benefits Management: Track benefits realization in program delivery - Scope Management: In case of changes to the program, conduct an impact analysis on the cost and other organizational parameters and share findings with the client   Stakeholder Management   Dependency Management  Third-party Management   People/Team management  Mandate: Exposure to Digital Marketing
