Opening for an AVP - TAXATION , in a leading french multinational banking and financial services organization.

Position : AVP - Taxation

Exp : 8-12 yrs

Location : Bangalore

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables -

- Managing Tax & compliance Risk for the entity

- All Direct Tax and Compliance including Income Tax, Wealth Tax

- Tax Returns & compliance

- Transfer Pricing & compliance

- Assessments & Advisory

- Compliance & Litigation

- Tax Accounting & Audits

- All Direct Tax and Compliance including Service Tax, Customs Duty, SEZ Regulation, local body taxes

- Tax Returns & compliance

- Transfer Pricing & compliance

- Assessments & Advisory

- Compliance & Litigation

- Tax Accounting & Audits

Must Have Skill(s) with minimum Yrs of Experience

- 8 to 12 year of post qualification experience of which around 3 to 5 years in similar role

- Experience In IT or ITES Captive or Banking Captive

Desired Skill(s)

- Direct & Indirect Tax and Compliance

- SEZ & STPI Regulation & Compliance

- Tax Assessment

- Tax Advisory

- Audits by big four

- Well developed written and oral communications skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment
