Other responsibilities include monitoring performance across levels and departments, analyzing KRAs to facilitate strategic decision making. The AVP will be working closely with the Senior Vice President while looking into new performance / professional development related strategic initiatives.  Key Responsibilities:   - Managerial role with exposure and experience in high end finance  - Managing a team of Analysts and reporting to a SVP  - Identifying the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level  - Monitoring the effectiveness of trainings  - Liaising with various teams / departments to create systems / modules for improving operational efficiency  - Maintaining department and designation level KRA's and tracking the performance on regular basis  - Assisting the SVP in various strategic initiatives  Prerequisites:  - Bachelor's degree in any field  - Strong understanding of financial concepts and industry  - Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)  - Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude  - Accuracy and attention to detail  - Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task  - Commitment and ownership  - Passion to continuously learn, grow, and exceed expectation  Candidate Experience:  - 5 to 8 years of experience in finance  Compensation:  - Commensurate with industry standards   Job Location:  - Goregaon (E), Mumbai
