Knowledge or Requirements :

- Knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley Act (2002) and the related guidance

- Completion of all SOX activities per the Annual SOX timetable.

- Experience implementing / coordinating the SOX programme across a global banking organisation

- Experience delivering an aligned Operational Risk / SOX framework desirable

- Understanding of the COSO framework

- Ability to effectively manage relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation

- Good knowledge of the Group's financial reporting framework

- Accounting qualification preferred.

- Experience delivering challenging projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

- Experience of working with geographically dispersed teams

- Ability to translate high level guidance into practical application

- Ability to adapt to changing requirements.

CA with 7-12 years of experience.
