Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the below role

Position : AVP Solutions - Banking Domain

Min Work Experience: 14 years

Position based in : Bangalore OR Pune

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Take complete ownership of the sales pursuit life cycle including deal qualification, solution defense, due diligence, contract management and handover to transition

- Present capabilities to existing customers and prospects

- Represent company in industry forums

- Required to interact with Industry Analysts and represent the company

- Required to prepare business plans for the banking and capital markets vertical

- Should be able to identify partners and alliances to make transformational solutions

- Should be able to groom and guide the team on solutions

- Should be conversant with the industry trends and provide timely inputs to management for effective business decisions

Must Haves:

- Should be have created BPO solutions in Banking and Capital Markets across both back office and front office (email, chat, voice)

- Should have been involved in BCM BPO in multiyear pursuits with TCV ranging from 35-70 Million

- Should be very conversant and created winning solutions in any of the following domains:

a) retail banking

b) investment banking

c) capital markets

d) GRC

e) secured and unsecured leading

f) customer engagement horizontals

- Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills, eye for details, numerical orientation, analytical

- Must have atleast 3 years- experience leading a team of solution or pre-sales analysts

- Must have worked on different pricing model and should have created them from scratch

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate - in Any Discipline
