AVP - Solution Architect

Roles:

1. Lead and own the Consumer banking platform roadmap

2. Provide and lead solution architecture for the Consumer platforms.

3. Work and collaborate across the Build (development) and Run (Production Support) teams to build and deliver capabilities and platforms to support the Product (business) initiatives.

4. Effective communicator and key role player in decisions made for the business and has to have a clear understanding of working in a matrix organization

5. Solid technology background in working and deploying large applications in an MNC setup or any large applications within India or abroad. Experience in executing and managing projects across geographies is preferable.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution architecture for the consumer banking & MFI products.

2. Work with the business to align tech spend with the new product initiatives lined up for each year and plan the roadmap for three years.

3. Ensure that you are an SME in the Consumer Banking and work to continuously learn and document the processes which need improvement.

4. Must deal with multi-functional teams in the US and India and work to deliver products on time and meeting business expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Anyone with a good pedigree of Institute and company work experience.

2. Excellent communicator. Must have International exposure at work in the past.
