AVP - Site Learning Lead - Bank

We have an exclusive job opportunity with a leading Multinational Bank at Bangalore location for an Asst.Vice President role.

Please find below the required details:

1. Primary responsibility to lead the Site level implementation of the GBM Capability Development strategy and lead a team of Site GBM Trainers.

2. Strong experience into IB domain or should be from an Investment bank.

3. Rich experience and sound knowledge is required on IB products (Derivatives, swaps, options, bonds, FX, corporate actions) and should have given training on these products.

4. Looking for technical trainers with strong team handling skills.

5. To act as the primary learning consultant for the assigned business and have overall responsibility for, development initiatives across multiple business locations.

6.Design, Develop and implement the business specific learning curriculum across all business locations as agreed and signed off by senior business stakeholders

7.Effectively utilize Business Mancom, Newsletter updates, Connect sessions and other engagement forums to create visibility of learning offerings and promote self- paced learning ( e-learning, podcast, Academy Portal, etc.)

8.Strong product and industry knowledge with 8-12 years of relevant experience in Investment banking and training domain.

9.Strong people management and stakeholder management experience.

10.Proven track record in defining, driving and delivering a people focused technical training strategy and plan

11.Experience in building effective technical capability for the site / businesses
