AVP/Senior Analyst, Digital Transformation Office - Candidates from Top Tier management colleges only
Basic Function
- Technology Strategy and Roadmap Development
- Assist CIO in developing technology strategies, that aligns with and feeds into the organization's long-term strategy
- Present periodic updates to Board on strategic objectives, Steering Committees and Senior Management Forums on the program
- Digital Transformation Office
- Advice CIO and Digital Transformation Leaders on changing client demand landscape, industry shifts, competitive moves, business growth and new technology advancements
- Assist in roadmap development, conceptualizing solutions and establishing and/or refining frameworks & methodologies.
- Participate in envisioning -of domain/ client-centric capabilities to enhance revenue repeatability, client stickiness and competitive differentiation
- Work closely with the centralized CoE, in the Digital Transformation team on developing evangelization and collateral development.
- Work closely with the solution delivery team for business impact estimation & reporting and on periodic governance.
- Work with Marketing/ Frontend to showcase and highlight Digital Transformation capabilities and its benefits to clients.
- Liaise with leading analysts and industry influencer groups to address request for information about Company's Digital transformation capabilities.
- Industry Research and Thought Leadership
- Performing competitive benchmarking to identify areas of improvement and/or augmentation in the business transformation capability
- Develop thought leadership and conceptual whitepapers, studies on various facets of business aligned technology
- Actively participate in industry awards and analyst RFIs.
- MIS and Reporting
- Prepare periodic updates and presentations for Board, Steering Committees and Senior Management Forums on all key strategic initiatives
- Periodic monthly analysis of key financial and non-financial data
Primary Internal Interactions:
- CIO and all Technology Sub-Function Leaders
- Liaise with Marketing, Business and Enabling leads
Primary External Interactions
- Analysts, Partner team SPOCs and Vendors.
Technical Skills
- Understanding / Delivery Experience in Business-aligned technology scenarios
- Worked / exposure to software application management
- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation
Soft skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels of the organization, with external stakeholder organizations
- Self-starter attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving and stakeholder management skills
Education Requirements
- Graduate, preference for degree in engineering
- MBA from Tier 1 institute
Work Experience Requirements
- A total of 2-3 years in consulting or business analyst role in IT services industry
- Proven to be Technically savvy and showcase strong business application and solution experience
- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
