KRA:  - Providing consultative payment solutions to Banks/Financial Institutions to identify new business needs and opportunities  - Managing business profitability and analysing the P&L to identify key drivers   - Tracking of planned revenue/ Order entry  - New initiatives planning, competitor analysis and planning innovations as per market trends and regulatory requirements  - Building new strategies & enhancing the existing products by applying domain knowledge, Product management skills and industry best practices  - Rolling out acquiring products in line with business objectives  - Closely working with technology team (for the delivery of the product), operations team (for any onground actionables) and finance team (for cost approvals)   - Good Business Knowledge with mix of Technological knowledge as well  Desired Competencies:  - Hunting & New Business Development, crossell & retain exisitng customer engagement,   - Responsible for developing, managing and delivering the sales targets .
