AVP - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate

My client is a listed concern with an extensive spectrum of creations across multiple segments like residential projects, business and retail properties, IT Parks, etc.

They are looking at a Sales & Marketing Strategist who shall define the overall go-to-market strategy and operating plan for all sales and marketing, develop sales and marketing plans/programs, both short and long term, targeting existing and new markets for a flagship ultra-luxury residential project.

Skills:

- Good analytical skills and communication skills

- The individual must be a self-starter, self-motivated

- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

Person:

- Process oriented, reasonably tech savvy

- Logical thinker, fast learner

Education - Bachelor's Degree with an MBA is mandatory
