Tasks:
- Involvement as the trusted advisor to the Head of HRSC in setting of the overall strategic direction, people agenda, and day-to-day operating activities of the function
- Single point of contact in the center for all risk, cost, headcount and budget related matters for the center
- Manage the Business Management Office, Conceptualize and drive overall risk agenda including weekly SOX obligations, sign-off in various global systems, preparation for internal audits and compliance requirements
- Shape and manage the financial agenda of the HRSC, including budgeting, forecasting so as to drive fact-based decision making, cost management, cost approvals / exceptions and prioritization of initiatives around deployment
- Support the HRSC Head and interact with stakeholders across regions and Overall responsibility to lead and manage all deployment projects for HRSC.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Uses appropriate governance within area of responsibility, i.e. regular management meetings (incl. minutes and action trackers), controls and procedures to escalate and resolve Supervisory Issues
- Ensures that the HRSC operates without significant operational, financial or reputational risks by performing the necessary control tasks
- Ensures Supervisory protocols for new employees, employees whose job responsibilities change, and employees who leave are in place
- Retains, directs, motivates and develops staff in order to reasonably ensure that employees under their supervision are competent to perform their functions and receive appropriate training
- Have a hands on approach and ability to understand client requirements and prepare business case / presentations at a short notice
Skills:
- Experience with risk management and compliance. (Mandatory)
- Experience in HR Operations. (Mandatory)
