Candidate should have minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in Financial Services Industry in the domain of collections & handling recovery projects.

Very strong analytical skills (experience in quantitative & qualitative portfolio analysis, recovery models, scorecards, dashboards, etc), strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability.
