Job Description - Reporting to the VP, your major responsibilities would include :

- RWA calculation mainly from the perspective for Retail & commercial Portfolio of UK business.

- Reviewing the PRA returns for the credit risk reporting (Pillar I, Pillar 3, CG and CSG)

- Preparing and reviewing COREP returns for Standardized and IRB approach, Geographical Breakdown and IP losses

- Understanding, reviewing and implementing the regulatory changes (CRDIV changes)

- Update commentary on the major variance in exposure, RWA and EL and providing specific Business reasons

- Capital adequacy reporting and monitoring for UK FSA regulated entity

- Ensure compliance with regard to regulatory framework of UK FSA or BoE reporting

- Production of Basel III RWA for mainly the banking book

- Analysis, production and review of monthly and quarterly credit risk RWA/capital reporting under Basel norms

The Successful Candidate :

- As an ideal candidate, you are a CA/MBA with 6-9 years of post qualification experience. Prior associations in working in MNC banks or tier-I accounting firms is highly preferred.

- An understanding of the Basel/Regulatory framework along with a working knowledge of RWA production/calculation (from credit risk/capital space) would be highly advantageous.

- Strong accounting & product knowledge with a general familiarity of IFRS would be advantageous.
