Company - Wealth Management Company.  Designation - AVP - Property Advisory.  Reporting to - Head of Property Advisory.  Location - Mumbai.  Role -   1) Property Advisory & Business Development.  2) Co-ordinating with Private Wealth Team for their clients / Onboarding Quality Developer & Proposition of Real Estate.  3) Maintain database of complete information on competitive projects in the region.  4) Meeting Existing Clients and getting references for Real estate Investment.  5) Establishing relationship with Developers and Brokers for new business opportunities and healthy relations with the customers.  6) As a strategic & corporate Vision, responsible to develop and implement branding strategies to create a business identification in the market.  7) Responsible for complex negotiations & deal Structuring.  8) Understand all current and future projects in complete detail for both commercial and residential projects.  9) Identification of good projects, getting best deals and making tie-ups with them.  10) Maintain database of complete details of various transactions in the micro market.  11) Identifying the market potential and generating proposals in various organizations.  12) Conducting regular session with Wealth Team to update and upgrade their knowledge on Real Estate.  13) Meeting Wealth Clients, understanding their needs and recommending the best suited project.  Experience: at least 5-8 years.   Salary: * - 15 LPA  Interested candidate can contact   Contact Person - Trupti Malik.  Contact Number - +91 - 9029006247
