Client: Investment and management consulting company.

Working Days: 5 days (alternate sat off)

Location : Delhi location (defense colony)

EDUCATION: BE (Civil ), Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch), M. Arch (Planning), Master of Urban Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years

Job Description: Day to day activities involve:

A. For Planning assignment: Study area analysis including:

- Field investigations, site visits, surveys, data collection, meetings with stakeholders

- Mapping of the existing features, land usages through site visits, and secondary sources

- Demographic Profile, socio economic study, infrastructure assessment, transportation assessment

- SWOT analysis and issues identification

- Assistance in Preparation of strategy, action Plans, projects for study area

- Assistance in Basic broad based costing for proposed projects

- Interaction with client and sector experts

B. For Transaction advisory assignments: Technical support for Feasibility study including:

- Field investigations, site visits, surveys, data collection, meetings with stakeholders

- Preparation of conceptual plans as per the requirements of the project

- Assistance in costing and preparation of specifications for bid documents as and when required.

C. Preparation of reports and presentations

D. Undertake marketing and business development for planning related projects

E. Participate in meetings with government officials, land developers, lawyers, special interest groups, and the general public to develop or address issues regarding city land use

F. Defending of their proposals with designated Group Heads

G. Assisting the Transaction Advisory Teams as and when required
