AVP HR - Organization Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and implement Innovation agenda- framework, design and deployment of interventions, organization culture initiatives that deliver business impact through Innovation

- Design and deploy Senior Leadership Development and other OD Interventions

- Manage Critical Talent Interventions - Engagement, Development and Retention of identified Critical Talent/ HiPos

- Design and roll-out of customized development and engagement programs for identified groups of talent

- Integration of new corporate beliefs and statements with co. values

- Launch and roll-out of Innovative interventions designed to reinforce Values

- Drive a Culture of Collaboration

- Conceptualize and implement Succession Planning agenda

Aside from the above core responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to support other aspects of co. people philosophy and contribute to relevant strategic initiatives of the HR function. S/he must be a strong, effective team player.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a top 10 B School

- A minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience with organizations of repute for HR practices, out of which at least

2-3 years should have been in an Organization Development role

- Exposure to robust OD and L&D processes desirable

- Should have relevant external OD connects

- Innovation experience/ exposure in previous roles/ organizations will be an added advantage

- Combination of industry and consulting experience preferred
