HR CoE: Organization Effective (OE)   Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office)   Reporting to: (Head - OE)   Direct Reports for the Role: 1-2 reportees  Summary of the Role:   - The member would be part of the Organization Effectiveness (OE) team at the corporate level and would be driving key organization effectiveness programs and initiatives at an org – wide level impacting a headcount of 26000 + people globally.   - The incumbent is a member of the Organizational Effectiveness Team at the Corporate, providing a range of organization solution from a consulting, program management and learning perspective working with teams on the development and implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organization.   - Primary focus areas for the OE team includes Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Management, Organization capability building, Employee Engagement Studies and focusing on leveraging technology to bring in best in class practices aimed at building organizational cohesion, health and flexibility.  Role Profile:-   - In collaboration with the Senior Leaders, CoE Teams and key BU HR managers, assesses designs and develops interventions, strategies and programs in alignment with the organizations strategic goals and business plan.   - Works closely with key stakeholders to plan and implement change projects and strategies which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the Organization.   - Carries out organization assessments, makes recommendations for change, helps design new structures and jobs, and works to redesign management processes to meet business / market challenges and be ahead of industry competition.   - Helps establish organization-wide processes that create organization health and foster employee engagement in partnership with BU HR Leaders.   - Proactively addresses and responds to organizational effectiveness issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, designing, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, developing frameworks and performance analysis.   - Provides project management for organization-wide projects/initiatives as required, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines, resource requirements and planning to cope with conflict or stressor points in the plans.   - Participates on functional and organization wide committees and projects of significance to the organization. Contributes knowledge of specific human resources operations, policies, relevant to the needs of the committee and/or project.   - Lead the PMS and Talent Management including planning processes, competency development, high potential matrices, vertical and horizontal succession strategies, metrics, and program reporting.   - Engage in building MIS and measurement practices in partnership with the HR Analytics team on key people and organization measures to drive efficiency.   Person Specification:   - Post graduate from a Premiere B – School (XLRI / TISS) with about 8 – 11 years of industry experience with the last 5 years being in an OE / OD role.  - Experience across multiple industries and/or companies with preference for a candidate from an outsourcing sector (IT / BPO)   - The candidate should have demonstrated proficiency in OE competence such as Change Management, Consulting skills, Coaching, Facilitation etc  - Experience working in a multi – cultural environment   - Ability to work with stakeholders across levels including Senior Leadership, Managers and Front-line project teams.  Contact - jacob@gpsconsultants.co.in
